Probably could run them, just not on medium. I'm pretty sure I had a laptop with an A8 APU like that in it and I could run games decently on low.

Ram could be the problem, as its abit struggling sometimes for me on my laptop, having 6 Gigs of ram.

1. AMD Graphics are shit
2. 4GB? Maybe some light minecraft or CS:GO With bots
3. The Processor is shit
4. Hp is not meant for gaming
