Since iPs are vastly different and that account has a plethora of them anyway, it would be very difficult to assess ownership. I am assuming you don't remember the email, Skype is public for anyone to see, and can be easily stolen as well. So unless you can confirm the email, or confirm the location of the registration IP, then there's no true way to confirm ownership.

my main account
My main account is @Prometheois117 and I orginally thought this was a shady forum so I linked the account to a disposable...then forgot my password after a while.
I'd like the account back please. What can I provide to get it? It has not been logged into in at least a year..
