Download Visual Studio 2015 and learn how to build a dll and basic of c++ . Then u will know how to use It .

Nice, just one thing on the "Flood kick", your code(offsets) loop through "ALL" players (which means yourself too)!
I didn't test it, I'm just saying this by looking at it, but I can be totally wrong!
