    Go to your Cheat engine 6.5.1 folder, then you need to fix 2 MD5 detected files named "vehdebug-i386.dll" and "vehdebug-x86_64.dll".

    Open CE 6.5.1, -> Edit -> Settings -> Debugger Options -> Usw VEH Debugger

    Its working fine for me.
