Either things took longer than planned, or the devs didn't allot themselves enough time to have the game ready. Bugs and server issues are to be expected, but the game lacks many key features of the franchise that we were promised in the trailer some months ago.

From what I've heard you can't with bluestacks :/
But I saw post here some days ago with a location spoofer using nio

Long period gaming, turn down brightness, disable background shit, and turn on power saving. (pretty much does the two things I said lol.)
