Welp, I used to try to lucid dream. Not anymore.

I attempted to lucid dream one night, but I ended up astral projecting. A more scary place tbh.
Astral projection is like leaving your body in a form of your soul/spirit. I literally stood up from my bed and saw my body, still asleep.
I looked around, everything was the same, but there were little human-like shadows in two corners of my room.
I took note of an object in my room, two books stacked beside my pencil box, and in my laundry room, all the colors of the clothes on top.
I went back to bed, tried to position myself correctly, and woke up maybe minutes later.
Everything I took note of in the spirit form, it was all accurate.

Astral projecting is way more scary and dangerous apparently, I also took note of a "line" connected to my body.
Read online that while astral projecting, if the line is severed, you lose connection with your body and die. That's where the line, "Died in their sleep" came from.

But who cares I'm lucid dreaming tonight lmao I want all the hot guys from my school in my room lmfao

I get sleep paralysis naturally. I'm one of the lucky insomniacs that I can get SOME sleep. But always ends in witches laughing outside my door or shadows moving in my room while I lay there not being able to move.

I've been lucid dreaming every other day for like half a year now. At the beginning of the year, to the middle, I was trying hard as fuck, and nothing happens.

Here's my method, it seems to work for me:

1) Prepare some meat and some milk, not too much, you don't want to wake up to have to go to the bathroom.

2) Set an alarm for 1 hour and a half after whenever you're going to sleep, if you want, you can add like 14 minutes or so for however much you think it'll take you to sleep. (Note some people think it takes ages for them to sleep, but the average is 7, so don't be too generous.)

3) Go to sleep at around 9:00 EST

4) Now eat yer meat () and milk. Remember, not too much. You have to still have some sleep hormones as you eat. The food gives you some extra nutrients that are useful for sleeping.

5) go back to sleep. it may take a while, but because your sleep hormones are all fucked up with your awake ones.

6) As you fall asleep, repeat a constant mantra like "I will know when I'm asleep".

7) As you repeat your mantra, imagine a place. Imagine like every single detail.

8) If you're in your dream and you know you're dreaming and it's all good, try not to get too excited or happy, because you may wake up.

9) Now do whatever

Note: For all you dirty twelvies out there, it IS possible to do the sex.

It is incredibly hard though. Like VERY hard.

Also you can do the reality check shit but fuck that. Also dream journals but that takes time.

Also, if you're anything like me, you'll probably develop sleep paralysis tendencies.

All you have to do is think of an image, and repeat it, analyze it, think about it, imagine it as a wallpaper, whatever the fuck. Just distract yourself. As you do it, move your fingertips. then your toes, then your wrist, and eventually it'll be all gone. As long as you don't panic, everything will be okay .
