Anyway, I've had a few experiences with sleep paralysis because I practice lucid dreaming, and as I said in my other post:

Also, if you're anything like me, you'll probably develop sleep paralysis tendencies.

All you have to do is think of an image, and repeat it, analyze it, think about it, imagine it as a wallpaper, whatever the fuck. Just distract yourself. As you do it, move your fingertips. then your toes, then your wrist, and eventually it'll be all gone. As long as you don't panic, everything will be okay .

You didn't understand, first time I got sleep paralysis it kept happening everyday for 3 weeks.
I've got sleep paralysis more than 100 times, and with a lot of situations including the ones in video. :3
I have no problem with sleep paralysis, but sometimes what happened in the dream happens in the real life!

It is a normal thing.
Oftenly religious people would feel guilty after having experienced sleep paralysis because they think it is a higher power (satan, god..) taking it out on them because it seems so realistic.

I've also been there, sometimes you get this feeling the back of your head is getting crushed, or you simply scream and scream but nothing comes out while you keep getting dragged away.
Sleep paralysis is a beautiful thing and can work the fears of even the fearless

This has been occurring for the past years, just not that frequent anymore. I never did see any figure or humanoid entity in my room. I could basically tell when this was going to happen once I heard a loud ocean like sound running through my ears and some sort of pressure on my head. I sometimes just went along with it and lasted for half a minute up to a minute. It just got more annoying when I lasted for a minute as it just feels uncomfortable when you're paralyze for a minute straight.
