It's certainly up to the individual whether or not to continue using hacks, cheats and exploits.
I would highly suggest not doing so on your main account though, due to severe speculation of a ban wave in the near future.
Ingress has eradicated quite a bit of their problem via their Anti-Cheating measures, and a similar system will be incorporated in Pokemon GO.
Remember, it doesn't necessarily have to be a .apk update, as Anti-Cheating can run server-side.

To all those who are using some type of pokemon go tool or hack just be simple with them. The only way for you to have a low chance of being caught is if you are using simple methods rather than going 1000 kmh from LA to japan or sort.

It's informative. No one is saying "this is an anti-cheat, everything as of now is detected and unusable".

Informative of what? Without evidence or anything beyond speculation it accomplishes nothing expect an opportunity for people who do not code to pretend to know what they're doing. It's laughable.

It seems that the moderators are unable to allow me to update the initial post here, so please refer to the website above for updated information.

A proper, full re-written diagnosis of the current situation will be on PGWS.US tomorrow. (August 1st, 2016)
I would greatly appreciate any more information I can get, as for I've devoured every thread and article I can find related to Pokemon GO Anti-Cheats/Bans.

I would really appreciate some more input!
Will update the PGWS.US website again today, and am considering lifting the level from 3 to 4.
This is due to the fact that a majority of the players believe Niantic is losing traction, and will be unable to deliver Pokemon GO in the correct form.
Niantic is now being faced with a constant flow of refunds, and a swarm of a few million angry players behind it.
It seems they're becoming quite the dictatorship, and it's becoming really difficult to say what they're going to pull out next.
Nonetheless, Niantic has their own agenda and isn't listening to the players; It still is possible they may have Anti-Cheating measures coming out next.
(Or maybe they will listen to the 30+ million players, but it doesn't seem likely...)
