My game crashes after an "Incomplete installation"

I get incomplete installation of MW2 everytime I click "Play". What's the problem with mine? Anyone?


EDIT:

I seemed to have fixed it by exiting Steam, opening it without my VAC disabler, setting iw4mp.exe to read only, opening the game, closing the game, and then opening disabled steam


i did that still doesn't work i tryed reinstalling game and chanign to read only still doesn't work it keeps wanting to update

yeah i know, but it doesn't say you get to be host with that?
it only says that you can use it when you are host..

hmm,says incomplete installation,i put it as Read-Only and put it in Steam/Steamapps/Common/Modernwarfare2

One of you PM me with the tweaks you made to get your console to show up over the game rather than minimizing it
that will probably fix most peoples problems because alt+tabbing out kicks you to lobby
