VAC and Game Ban enabled games can either be bought for your own account, or gifted immediately. They can no longer be saved to your inventory for trading purposes. If you directly gift a game to someone who gets permanently banned, you won’t be able to gift that game again.

gl activating market for each account you wanna buy - you can't use credit/debit card also cause accounts linked with that same card will also get vacced if one of them gets vacced . so only option is buying the game from store with cash or buy steam codes then buy game with that . you can't just sale some inventory items and get cash to buy csgo gift and hack from an alt anymore ...
Cheating will take some hit for sure ...

Buying the gifts through another website is much cheaper, and you won't need to gift it to your self. So it's useless..

i think thats not right, i bought stuff many times with paypal on my smurfs & my main account, and most of my smurfs are banned, but my main got never banned cus of this

I totally aggree, it's not right.
Well I only have 1 OW banned account where I bought the game with the exact same PayPal as my main has, however I am still not banned on my main what so ever.
Accounts I've sold to random people where also using the same PayPal atleast once. (Don't know if those accounts are banned)

All the G2A resellers that use steam gifting will be effected but the people doing Digital key sales will not. But from what I have seen most sellers use gifting so there will be a bit of hurt for a while then everything will go back to normal flow with digit keys.
