All I can say is be careful, I haven't been outside to see friends in about 3 and a half years and the last thing I recommend is to do what I do. If you have the chance, don't be alone, please.

No worries! All's set for a LONG time. Especially with my apprenticeship starting soon it's basically a clean slate and I can restart my school life.

Honestly I've just been playing minecraft (pretty cancer I know) and watching anime for the last few months and literally waking up at 6pm and staying awake until dawn. Avoidance is key, even if it's my parents.

Try to go to bed at 8pm and wake up at 7am, you'll at least get some sun during the day. You gotta see 'em sometime as well!
