piercing blow has something called head hunter? a MOD

Well first i am not gonna start off like most i see on here saying " I WANT THIS & I WANT THAT " I'm just curious about this head hunter mod people are talking and using on piercing blow? If it ain't any trouble could someone kindly help me out and direct me to where i can get one please. I mostly play melee on the game and any help i can get against these other players using it would be great. Thank you in advance.


p.s. i believe it is called head hunter? that's the only thing i want nothing else.
