How to use:

1 - Extract all files to your combat arms folder.
2 - Run FInject.exe ( If you use Win7/Vista Run your Injector as admin. )
3 - Open Combat Arms.
4 - Ingame Press hotkeys to active hacks.
5 - Fun.

with the hotkey you can use the insert button too.
so you can use this hack and an another hack with insert function at 1 time
