Quebec & Singapore Players. Legit??Hacks??

Ok, well I hope I'm not the only one that has been contemplating about this.
Whenever I challenge a "Qc" or a Quebec player / any Qc Clans,
as well as a Singapore player, or people in the clan: "Singaporean Army" they're such bullcrap.
Are they all really that good? Or do they mod/hack.
Are all Qc's and Singaporeans knowledgeable of coding their own hacks?
Or do a few players create the hacks, and then distribute it amongst their population.
It's so irritating... If they're all that good, then I give them props.
They're so chammish and aimbotish.
UGHH! Anybody else caught up with this problem?

Honestly, I think you're right, most of them hack. I was clan waring with some clan spelled like QC_LEGIT_QC or something like that, all I remember was that QC was at both ends and Legit was in the middle, but the game was complete bullshit. One guy had a 27 kills and 1 death on Elim Pro, I mean WTF? Any another guy glitch on to our team and team kill us, seriously now...

i'm from Quebec, and i know a lots of Quebec player that don't hack, it might just be a clan that decided to hack, and probably not all their member are from Quebec.

Most of the hackers I've seen (the ones using them and making it OBVIOUS) are brazilians...

There are LOTS of hackers from quebec and etc, but I see brazilians the most

Yes I have ran into the same exact problem, most of the QC clan I have ran into Hack like legit de Quebec and ~FDQ~ we know they hack, they know we hack and we talk about hacks to each other, so I know for a fact they hack, but if you think about it they say the same thing about us, Damn Americans always Hacking the game, Famn Mexicans always hacking the game, whatever nationality we all hack lol

Doesn't matter by nationality, anyone can hack.
The only ironic ones are those who are from a clan that has "legit" in it but as soon as you go in game, they'll be flying all over the place or have that dumb knife mod.

You can't judge someone by where they live. I mean, shit, I live in the US and I've hacked before. I don't hack now but their are plenty like me who did or still do. Obviously where there are more players there will be more hackers. It's not like there's a higher concentration of them though. It's not like every single person from Brazil, Singapore, Quebec, Korea, China, etc. hack.
