I suggest to get iphone6 bc first of all it's a lot cheaper, second of all when the iphone7 will come out it won't be perfect anyways, so in my opinion you should wait for the 7s and then think what you want to get.

I got the iPhone SE, works just as well as the 6, AND it cost only 300$.
