Just use default settings works fine for me if you can't be bothered playing and want more pokeballs.

Got 4 of 5 accs banned.
Wasnt snniping,low speed,almost default settings in a place near to my home.
Got banned after reach lvl 25. Maybe its only for japan players i dont know.
Lots of high lvl accs (Lvl 30+) are gone.You dont see those accs in gyms anymore.
But i guess its only here in Japan.Something with time the game is out and lvled too fast.

I wouldn't recommend botting till you reach level 10 legitimately. I don't know why but it's what I've done now I'm lvl 20 with 2k cp pokemons.
I only put the bots on for hour then have couple hour breaks. Try resetting your ip and clearing your dns.
And maybe bot until you reach a certain level. Play legit as well I usually play legit for while hop off then bot for while to get more resources.
