Some sections are already hidden from the public and requires you to log on in order to view it.
You also have to log on in the giveaway section in order to see the actual post.
If that is what you mean by a hidden tag, then it kind of already has been implemented where you have to login to see the actual post.
If you are talking about an extra filter where they have to log on and comment to see the post, then it's a bit absurd considering that as a restriction.
Leechers can be preventable. Just not by making more additional spam on a thread.
