Edit - I say mid 50's I hardly knew the guy. He was rich and smoked a shit ton of cigs and cigars.

Electric cig would help you more in this situation, when you feel the need to smoke, smoke the electric cig.

25 Cigs a day is just sad my dude, can't let stuff like that get so bad. It's like peeing your bed since you were 8 and you're 25 now lol. Gotta fix yourself. Not good.

Damn, good luck! Hope you will get off that stuff, the only benefit you get is some sort of 'calmness' but the trade off is just not worth it (Hence why I usually just smoke once a month). You should not get into E-Cigarettes. Some of them are more harmful then even a normal cigarette.

That said, good luck, and be careful with what you eat from now on! Cigarettes usually keep you skinny, so if you eat now without smoking, your body could get a heavy weight-increase.

Gotta motivate yourself in certain situations in life. Can't get no were in life without any motivation from yourself.

Smoked my last cigarette, I will try to stop smoking from now and on and be healthy again as a normal person. I hope I will quit it forever even if it feels good to smoke, especially after eating. But I don't get any real benefit from it and I will destroy my self like this. I smoke about 25 cigarettes a day !!

I stopped smoking before I could get addicted so I have no idea what its like but trust me I stopped because just from the taste of tobacco I knew that shit was a no go. If you smoke one you need to punish yourself and stay true to that punishment. Its like a dog collar but for yourself.
