High health cheat?

I ran into a guy who had really high health. First I thought it was a glitch but I was able to knife him 3 times before he died. His name was roberto and I'm wondering what hack he was using. He also got a juggernaut and it was invincible. 3 clips of an fmg9 and a c4.
