Need someone to get VAC banned.

i hope i am not breaking any rules by posting this. From a quick check on rules page it does not look like so.

So, i need someone to accept my steam csgo gift, add it to their library (can be fresh account) then use that acc to get VAC banned. I need it quick, so i cannot wait until you have fun etc, i need it banned as soon as possible. In return i will pay worth of 30-40usd, i can pay in csgo skins, csgo keys or games (steam gifts, i can get most of the stuff so you wont be limited to a specific game).

I need to test new steam gift restrictions. I need someone serious who has some rep/is older user. So i can be sure you wont just grab my gift and run away

Never used any cheats so do not know my way around them and do not want to put my account to any risk.

Also, it turns out, we cannot do this with csgo, it still cannot be purchased as gift. So it would have to be some other VAC game, like Gmod.

also highly doubt you couldn't do it in a hour, because we had to get the vacban with left 4 dead 2
