The answer is you need to code your own eac bypasser, buy a private one coded by someone, or hire someone with one to put an amount of bloodpoints onto your account. There's no good way to do it yourself unless you know how to code.

What happened with all the large providers of all sorts of hacks for DBD that were around a year ago? All of them seem to be in the process of either "updating" their hacks or providing hacks on "invite only" basis. Is it safe to assume that in its current life cycle the hacking scene for dbd is dead or am I just missing some obscure providers for hacks (other than save editing, specifically wallhacks/esp/aimbot)?

You definitely aren't searching well enough. There are many providers for DBD that have updated and working cheats.
