Joe Sutter, who was known as the "Father of the 747" and was the head designer of the 747 at Boeing has died at the age of 95.

If any of you scrubs don't know what the Boeing 747 is then it's this big ass motherfucker that probably carries your mail and other things from/to places overseas, it also transports civilians which what it's main intention was to do. This is the civilian version shown in the picture below.
Most of you guys probably don't care but to be honest, if he didn't create this remarkable plane then it would take you even longer to travel to places than what it currently takes since the plane was one of the first long haul planes meaning you don't have to keep stopping at airports to refuel, which takes way longer.
