Fucking JoJo shit anime and Re:zero.
Tried watching the first season of JoJo and got bored because of how bad the graphics and storyline is.
Attack on Titan 2 will probably be another overhyped anime as well.
An anime that is underrated would probably be Shokugeki no Souma: Ni no Sara.

Is it overhyped? Yeah, a lot. Is it shit? Depends on the part. The only thing that kept me watching JoJo was the stands, but the overall story is ass until part 7, with part 8 taking the crown for best so far.
