i Payed him with Paypal, then he told me he did not got the money, then i called paypal and they confirm that the transaction was made, he says that as soon as the money show on his account will send me the code...

due some paypal issues i end up sending the money twice....still no answer from the seller, will wait 24 hours if not will put a scam report.

I don't think he was hacked, I think he took some time away to make fake screenshots with our skype names in them so he can sumbit it to paypal as a counter measure for creating a claim on him

man i payed him 45.5$ and he refunded me cuz it didn't work with him .. then i payed him again and i told him keep the money and when you buy the code give it to me .. and that is what happened.. i woke up with a code and i redeem it and i hava a proof for everything i said.
and fyi .. i told him that the ppl in ur thread are calling u scamer:/

His Skype and PayPal has been hacked. But he said it happens before yso0o make a deal with him. Its seems so weird, I'm asking refund but he said that he's lost almost all money in his PayPal account. Its his fault after all. If someone put him in Scammer Grave maybe mod could give a better option to him and us who had been scammed by his hacked Skype and PayPal.
