    Just call them and say it never arrived or live chat or items missing. If never arrived they will tell you to wait 15 days or so, then livechat back and refund on the spot. Done 3+ times.

    The basic thing with clothing companies is to say that some items arrived and some didn't so you get a partial refund (say the cheap things arrived but the expensive shit didn't basically).
