Steam friendlist

is there any way to add friend to steam friendlist without buying a game? and is it possible to play special ops with a friend on a cracked MW2 version? cuz when i tried it said i need to be on online mode on steam, and i already is.

It's possible to add them to your friend list, just open Steam > Friends > Add Friend, and fill in their names

BTW max friends = 252, I hate the low numer T.T

If you don't have a game you bought or a guest pass on your account you can't add friends, its apparently some anti-spam/malicious intent thing.

no you cant because when you play cracked mw2 version, steam think that you are playing zero gear and not Call of Duty...... for now u can only play with people that have zerogear
