There pretty cool.

It's a fairly easy technique. Atleast the color style how it's only like 2-3 colors. All i do is get renders or design the render and use this technique to make the render all one color or two. Then add another render a different color. It's fairly simple if you get the hang of it. I can turn any render like that in like 2 minutes.
