Well I am not sure, but never use a t6 tome. Due to the reason it boosts your speed, it also boosts your absorption/damage taken quicker which might end up killing your char.

I want a specific speed so I can walk normally alongside taking the perfectly timed delay of damage that the lava gives me so I don't take "double" damage when I move onto the next tile of lava. I want a flush walk with perfect damage delays, That means a perfect speed amount

A 80 mp priest with a t5 tome can pretty easily do it.

As me running with 100 magic heal, i have no way to just sprint in the lava NON stop, without having to take a break.

almost impossible even with a 100/100 with a 8/8 priest considering you take damage faster when running through lava, thats why when lava walking, it looks like people are repeatedly tapping their W/A key (because thats probably what they do, thats what I do lol)
