Yeah, but I don't have access to that or any of its recovery emails due to them being all linked together. How can I prove that its my account and recover it?

Answer as many of these as you can.
- Can you confirm the original (registration) email on the account?
- Do you have any other alts apart from the one you used to create this thread? If so, what is the username?
- What was the location where the account was registered?
- What was the ISP at the time of registration?

Yeah, my account has been stolen lol its currently banned so I cannot change anything. To be honest, you might as well permanently ban my old account - I don't have any need for it and the only reason why I wanted to recover it was to sell a CF account which I'm probably not going to sell anyways. Thank you.
