It doesn't unlock the achievements, unfortunately. It just lets you play missions you haven't unlocked.

but I have a little quistion...For unlocking my attachments and getting skins,titles and emblems..how schould I do this? Is it possible to use this MP hack for it? I've been trying with the kill and headshot stuff but did not succeed..
