That's very vague, certain websites need to be made differently such as a clothing shop and a forum such as this one. Looking around on the internet should help you find the information you need.

Squarespace is definitely pretty good for everything IMO.
There was one good one for ecommerce but I can't seem to find it. I will get back to you though.

they are multigenerators for this but when you do it on clean WP at least you have a control on it and you dont overpay.
