Paypal, chargeback from buyer

Hello. I sold working accounts to one man, but he sent chargeback to me with full sum paypal. He don't answer me in skype. It's scam ? What i can do ?

Yes report them in scammer grave. Once one of the staff ask them to cancel the dispute, you can either wait or chargeback at your own discretion.

Full skype chat, skype profile and any valid proof that are necessary when reporting in scammer grave.

Show proof to PayPal that you actually indeed provide the Buyer with whatever was intended.

In addition, if the user is on MPGH, you can file a scam report via the Scammers Grave.
