Ebay refunds are very easy for foreign sellers (particularly China)

If you buy an item that you know is fake (bape, supreme, etc.) and they don't say that it is fake, once you receive you can message them demanding a refund because it is fake, they will usually give 50-80% refund. Has generally worked for me!
