My email got bomb by someone. it keep spamming . it show that the bomber use my account to login on so much website that give my email for confirmation / authentication email . how i can avoid this email from getting spam.. My email is gmail

Just use a main email for the importnant stuff and everything else as an alt email for diz shit.
