EDIT: Forgot to mention, you forgot to credit the main creator of the cheat, I only changed the offsets, as I said in the op the original coder is "Noow", was originally for CSS.

Or am I thinking of a VAC Blocker?

I havent seen a Speedhack for TF2 since like 2012 or '13, they were always detected even then, but the speedhack worked excellent with a sv_cheats 1 or vac blocker thing.

Its been a long time since a good hack for tf2 came out. there used to be some with some really badass shit

No, this simply bypasses client-sided commands and is now outdated, speedhack is 100% patched, same with nospread, crithack, and alot of other shit, no good free cheats have been around for a while except Lithium and that's UD and gets lots of updates (Google will help you find that), and speedhack its self was never detected, the cheats were.
