Also before getting in any vehicle which as a tight space like a car where I can't pull my phone easily out, I always take it out and put it somewhere, where I can access it without any trouble.

That's what I do too, but hey I've been on a rush sometimes and I tend to easily forget so yeah... =\

Get a Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge. One of the best phones on the market, I have the normal S7 and it's amazing, even though Samsung's Touchwiz is a bit shitty it'll get an upgrade when Nougat comes along because we will the the Note 7's UI and features.

Ok, jokes aside; I would really recommend the 7+ if you're a photography guy. Not the 7, the 7+. The camera features are absolutely fucking amazing, no questions asked. Portrait mode pictures themselves make it look like they were taken with a DSLR. Check out this 4K video shot with the 7+, absolutely amazing.

I would suggest possibly getting a Samsung Galaxy J3. It's what I have, and it's really nice. Works like it's meant and gives me absolutely no problem.
