Which serious company would produce an online game and not check if your serial is one of the manufactured ones that are allowed to play online.

More thinking.... the serial might also be used to ban cheaters, would a serious company allow random generated stuff to be used on their servers?

It would be a complete fail and that company would not survive on the actual game market.

Correct me in case I am wrong but this multiplayer crack thing for MW2 was only working cause it is a player x player connection.

With a dedicated server like WOW and other big games it is impossible as the server will verify the game files, cd key and so... right?
