@Punkie Another alternative is to go dark... Get on the deep web and hire someone to do whatever you wish for.
Dude that guy is one stupid mf aint going to lie but, call the school up and ask explain to them you need to speak this this guys mom and shit
call the police and everything

Hi @flashlight ,
While that certainly is an option. I would prefer the issue to be resolved in a civil matter, even though some would agree for further action. I unforetunately, do not want to stoop down to his level.
Thanks for the thought though.

Hi @itsmebadman ,
I agree, I'm not sure why he used a School Email Account to scam me. Your right, I should definately call the school and speak to his parents. I just want him to pay what is due and to not scam anyone else.

Hi, @flashlight . Thank you.
I haven't called his school yet. I sent notice to his school, but haven't identified him. Over the past weeks, I tried ample times to communicate to him, he responds, but each time gives additional excuses. Sometimes he says, by the "end of the week", "within 3 days", "until 2 days", "in a few hours", etc.

As much as I'd love to keep providing extensions, it's been hard to sleep well after receiving notice of potentially being forwarded to collection agency due to being scammed. I totally understand people make mistakes, but the threat of debt and an collection agency is too much for me to handle.
I have spoken to Paypal about the balance, but they are quite persistant about having to pay for the negative balance. I actually feel a bit depressed and unmotivated, as the paypal dispute resulted in the scammer's favor even though I provided the bitcoin confirmation evidence. Hence, why I didn't bring it up to Paypal. I get your point now and I'll mention to Paypal the negative balance is due to being scammed.
Really appreciate all the advice everyone.

All I can say is to move your money and use fake PayPal information.
I usually have a fake paypal where I receive most of my payment. After that 2 things happen:
I send it to my Main Real paypal.
I always convert it into bitcoin.
Always try to get it converted bank to bitcoin, form there you can deposit your money to your bank account through bitcoin
instead of using paypal since paypal is so fucked up.

I am not a middleman nor do I buy/sell anything. If you are being contacted by someone off-site from MPGH then it's not me! Please report these to me via PM. Don't be stupid, think first.
School should be eassssy , it's an American school I'm assuming from their website. Annnnd yea for the parents , xD .
