I take back my comment about everything going fine, got a random friend request from someone who happened to be in the same club as this account. Was level 9, and went on to say how it was his account. Unsure of how to proceed. Out $60 due to paying via family and friend, my own stupidity there. Going to be calling PayPal later today.

Person that messaged me knew people added on the account, had further information that checked out.

If you didn't lose access to the account don't worry, people get hacked, they have to move on, if you return the account yourself that's your own problem. Unless he took it back with his original email you can ask for a refund or proceed with a report.

Don't be threatened. People freak out when they get hacked but as long as it's verified to your email they most likely cant recover it. When I sell my accounts I delete the friends lists through SLC Checker so buyers dont feel threatened upon using their accounts

EDIT - Btw never talk to friends of an bought account delete them right away as talking to them could give evidence in the recovery process no matter what you say

The reason I was looking to buy a new account is because the last one I purchased was actually reclaimed by the seller by submitting a ticket from the original e-mail. As soon as I saw the original e-mail proof I gave up. Things seemed to suspicious between the seller asking for Friends and Family payment and refusing to provide the e-mail for the purchased account. To many red flags, when I told him I started a claim "LMAO paypal doesnt help with friends and family" so at that point I knew I made the right choice in making a claim.

You gave the account back to him right away, and i can proof that with screen shoots here:
he didn't give me chance to do anything, i tried to tell him I'm a reseller and i bought this account, in first place i told him delete the friend list be he didn't, he just gave him the account for free, and now blaming me, and he made a report against me on paypal a fraud report with hes bank to get money back, i don't know what to do with these people.......
