GTA V Banning constantly -- purged all files

MPGH Community... i am at a loss here, my friend keeps getting banned no matter what account i give him to use, usually within an hour of play. I purged his whole directory of files, except for his Skyrim Nexus Mod Manager located in his my documents folder. Do you guys this that is being detected by rockstar and thinking it is a GTA mod even though not in the rockstar directory? I have pulled every single dinput8, dsound, script hook, you name it i have purged it. This is my last guess that could be causing his immediate ban. If so, please confirm this so i can help him out so we don't keep shelling out money.

Maybe he is hacked, someone else is using his account to hack....

i don't know how the AC Detection exactly works.
As i runned GTA5.exe in a Debugger i saw that many Applications are already Loaded by GTA, 2 NVIDIA Libraries and 1 Bandicam Libiries for exmaple which seems only to Hook the DX Output Device, but maybe he is using a Tool which get access too of the Game withouth asking you like my examples and GTA5 don't like their Behaviours. Just a Theory.

his ip address has probably been banned. if he has used to many accounts that have gotten banned on one ip address you can get ip banned.

It must be a lot of accounts to do that, over the times I have 19 in total, many of them are banned now but it must need more than that if IP banning is what be happening.

One of my friends was getting hit by this shit for about a week. Lost pretty much every account within an hour of signing in. Bought a fresh account not linked to anything else and from this point on he's golden. Until he gets banned for using forcefag again.

SOLUTION: Guys so there was something in his registry. I formatted his windows OS SSD and installed win 10 and he logged into one of my accounts, and no ban. This means there is NOT an IP Ban.
