Pretty sure this is not possible, it checks even if you use packets.

As I said, I never tried using packets to buy items so I don't know if they bypass requirements because the packets would probably have a "success" or "confirmed" attachment. Obviously they don't, thank for that particular info.

But I am not the packet boss, so it could work like you said, but IDK.
