    Legal or Illegal

    I am mad atm , I want to know if amazon refund is legal or not . Honestly looks illegal but how the hell is the biggest online store on the internet is dumb to fall in the refund thing ..
    I would like to know if it's legal or not and if it's not legal how amazon does not get the item and and just refund money ?????????????

    It is technically illegal to refund amazon, but most people get away with it. It's fraud.
