PayPay limited - New PayPal question?

My PayPal just got limited and they are telling me it can't be unlimited. My question is, can I create a new one with...well the same ID and Bank Card or will it be denied? I have a full verified one in America, but I want to have one under my name.

It'll be limited as well since you're using the same bank account or id. Would recommend you create a new one with private vps.

Yeah I already have one, but I wanted one under my name. I think I created the first one with an old copy of my ID. I now have a passport and getting a Credit Card soon. Could I use those?

It won't work due to you having the same card, and ID it will most likely get linked.
