It's a plugin that does it, not krelay itself. I just checked about 75% of the plugins in this release, the only plugin I found in here that teleports is:
TeleportTools (on the /tq and /tp commands)

Hey i have a big problem, a big very big....

When i play with nilly or Orape client i had no problems

BUT, i have bug with Krelay (the krelay 27.7.x1 versions (all versions)) my bug is when i use spacebar to use my ability with any kind of char, the ability is not being used i just have the "bug sound", so i've tried everything, deleting krelay, installing krelay again, i think there is a problem in the packets but i don't know, i need help Fast please

try disabling perfectbomb and autoability plugins

Oh thanks bro, perfectbomb was cause of these bugs, i love you so much, but içs that possible for you to update this plugin bc he's still lot usefull

Plugin was updated by @CrazyJani , but it works fine for me .
For my wizard for ex. It doesn't shoot bombs at most the monsters at udl except Boss , or even some midland monsters so maybe it doesn't work in that sense but versus gods/dungeon boss it works fine .
