Paid for UHD Netflix. 2 times got 2 accounts and both NOT WORKING. When I asked for a refund, they (Jim) said they don’t do refunds.
So they didn’t fulfill my order 2 times. And I don’t want to use their services anymore cuz after 2 times they lost my trust.
But I also can’t get my money back even though they have this “optional" option at the checkout where you need to put your refund btc adress.

I call this Scam. Unrespectful. Bad Customer Support. Bad Experience.
And what is this scheme? They take your money and then if you want refund they put it in their “wallet”.
So whatever you do, if you pay them the money, it will stay there.
You either spend it there or lose it there.

SCAM.

Can you PM me your email from our website, I want to check your conversation with our staff.
And see what went wrong.

If you request for a BTC refund, staff should forward you to supervisor.
Now I'm not sure for the situation, did you report your problem of account same day of purchase, or did it stop working after a week? this will play a factor for only wallet refund and no BTC refund. You can not expect us to refund you in btc if you already have been using the product, but we can still give you wallet refunds. All terms of sale are written in description of product.
