I guess you could be you'd first have to kill an Uchiha which wouldn't be the easiest, and even if you did you wouldn't be able to use it like a normal Uchiha would.

I would need both eyes to use it powerfully, and I don't think you need to kill an Uchiha specifically to use it, you would need to kill your closest friend to awaken the mangekyou sharingan.

After uchiha die if you don't instantly implant them or put them into some sort of a container they would dry out. Making that method not possible.
Not only that but depending on what time your were born (pre-war) or (after-nature) there isn't very many uchiha.
