AC purchases [disregarding merge shops possibly] are always serversided so I highly doubt it's even possible to do this.
Looks like another "shoplifter" preview but I don't think it's very possible.

I think he's trying to make some way to regain an item you paid ACs for from the Buy Back Shop without having to pay for it again....
i.e. you buy C&B for 5k ACs, you sell it because you lost membership. A year later you upgrade again, you buy it again for 0 ACs from your buyback shop instead of the original 5k ACs

That would be an AC generator, you buy something, then you sell it, then buy it for zero again, sell it again, I don't think that would be possible, but he can he would be god lol.
