open msn log in, go to

1.menu
2.tools
3.options (at bottom of list)
4. search through those options given to see if anything was changed.

create a new group for "available" users, edit it to make it default for online users.

if nothing else, do a system restore!

You're in 200 groups, it might just be taking a long time to initialize. Also, try leaving whichever group caused the problem.
