Tercess on test server help

How does one go about going to tercess? When I go to the bone room, it asks for 50 dust even though I have 50 dust?

I've tried Hellquest, couldn't get that to send packets to get into the cell, or I could've been doing it wrong and/or had an older version.

Anything helps, thanks
