This should be in the help section. There are lots of tutorials. Basically, you need an injector to inject a hack. So find a hack and an injector and download them. follow the instructions of the posts you find them in.

There are tutorials for making mods. If you want to learn to make hacks, you will need to learn C++ and how to decode encripted attributes file. Those sorts of things.
